Trying something new here. Initially, I'm a bit reserved but am quite witty and funny when I warm up. 420.. music - classic and current jam bands, blues, Lucinda Williams, Drive By Truckers...etc...etc..
I've been looking for my tribe and think I've found them in the Insight Timer/meditation community. Over the past 9 months, I've been meditating and doing sound baths on Insight Timer (free) it's been a very rewarding and new experience for me. I'm looking to expand my mind and learn...I think sound baths or sound healing is a part of my future but not sure what shape that will take.
If our interests line-up let's chat...looking to have a friendship first and see what happens from there.
