I've been growing orchids since I was a little boy as well as food and other flowers. I really love working with the soil to grow amazing organic foods. I also enjoy cooking, canning, fermenting, and preparing food in healthy ways. I don't do fast foods ever. My other interests and passions are music which I have playing more often than not, riding my Polaris quad exploring the desert and photographing the wildflowers.
