I'm a rank and file member of the Industrial Workers of the World and a member of the National Writers Union. I'm a writer, union activist and counterculture denizen. Also a capital S Socialist.
My interests are in the arts, activism, movies, countercultures, underground movements, alternative spirituality, history. I value loyalty, kindness, compassion and generosity. I'm a cat lover (I have one cat.) I'm fairly tolerant of other lifestyles though my own lifestyle is low key. I'm a bus rider -- my usual means of transportation are by foot, bicycle or public transportation. I care about social justice issues and have many associates from unions, Democratic Socialists of America and the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW) of which I'm a member. As with religion, my political beliefs are also non-doctrinaire. Many of my friends are poets, writers, artists, and blue collar workers. I like to spend my free time doing a little reading, a little writing, some biking, time with friends, and generally being a flaneur. In a relationship I am looking for friendship, companionship and romance.
